So we went to church today. Well, we went to the building, not the actually service. We tried to go to church. We took a bus until the bus would go no more, then we walked uphill for a mile. No kidding. At least it was almost a mile. So we arrive panting at the church (well, I was panting... hey! I've been sick, I have an excuse) to this sign: |

"SORRY"????! No explaination, no nothing. Just "Sorry." Ales and I had a good laugh, and then we thought, no wonder church attendence is going down when a visitor has no idea that church is going to be cancelled. No reason, just "sorry." They come all this way, like us, to a handwritten apology. At least I got some excercise and at least the way back was downhill. We made the most of it and went to downtown Wiesbaden, where I got a few shots, we ate a Doner, and then the best part of all: |

That white stuff in that muffin is cream cheese. The muffin was "Double Chocolate Chip" and yes, it was amazing. It was my last Starbuck. They even had .50 euro cent refills on coffee! Imagine that. (usually there are no refills anywhere in Europe) They told us it was a new policy. And we actually got something done, we wrote down a lot of our plans for this coming year and started our newsletter. All in all, it was a good day. As I sit here I'm contemplating having a vasectomy, you know... the "removing" of your manhood. You know, it looks like a relatively simple procedure, heck I even asked if they had a do-it-yourself kit (true story). Afterall, $950 bucks for a 15 minute snip-snip is kinda excessive. At any rate, I won't be cutting on my balls anytime soon - but I do have some vasectomy jokes (more of a timeline of events) if you're in the same mood I am. We'll call him "Bill" and this is his story.

Hey Rammi, for some reason they didn't say why it was cancelled, and that was one of the reason's the "sorry" was so funny ..
As for the chocolate Mmuffin, it was like chocolate cake and chocolate cheesecake combined... does that sound better? : )
