Frankfurt at Night

I love the HDR feel of this expanse of Frankfurt.

Frankfurt is a city with a great mix of both old and new, and here is a glimpse of the "new" Frankfurt.

Kristkindlmarkt

While in Germany we got to enjoy the wonder of Kristkindlmarkt which is the German Christmas Market. They had everything from fun foods to nutcrackers to tree ornaments. It was enthralling to simply look around. Here are a few pictures from the Kristkindlmarkt in Frankfurt.

Some Christmas Baking

Over the holidays my mom and I had some fun making cute desserts as gifts for some friends and family. I like to experiment, especially while in the States, as I had all the ingredients at my fingertips. Most specialty items are hard to come by in Belarus.

My mom also made her pound cake and spice nuts which she is reknowned for. She makes them every Christmas.
